Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Mashed Avocado
1 Slice Whole Grain Bread
6 Cucumber Slices
Dash Pepper
Directions:
Lightly Toast Whole Grain Bread
Mix together Cream Cheese and Avocado
Spread Cream Cheese Onto Toast
Add Cucumbers Evenly On Top
Sprinkle Pepper On Top
